2013年華語文聽力測驗、華語文閱讀測驗第一次正式考試即將於5月4日（星期六）舉辦，報名日期從3月11日（星期一）至3月27日（星期三）止，歡迎母語非華語之人士踴躍報考！

華語文聽力測驗：入門基礎級、進階高階級、流利精通級
華語文閱讀測驗：入門基礎級、進階高階級、流利精通級
(備註：精通級尚在研發階段，2013年僅開辦流利級。)
 
 測驗費用：華語文聽力測驗：各等級新台幣800元華語文閱讀測驗：各等級新台幣800元
 
 報名方式：一、請自行上網報名，報名網址：http://ap1.sc-top.org.tw/Web/Tester/Login.do    （新使用者需先註冊新帳號才能報名）二、完成報名後，請在網路報名後三日內完成繳費，否則華測會有權取消您的報名紀錄。一經繳費視同完成報名手續。
1、         現場繳費：請至考試中心或推廣中心繳交現金。
2、         郵局匯款：
(1)下載傳真表格，並填寫完成。

Please keep in mind that the first official TOCFL Listening and TOCFL Reading of 2013 will be administered on May 4th . The registration starts from March 11th to March 27th. Welcome candidates who are non-native speakers of Chinese to take the tests!

lTest Format：Computer-based
lTest Levels：    TOCFL Listening：Band A（Level 1+Level 2）、Band B（Level 3 + Level 4）、Band C ( Level 5 + Level 6)    TOCFL Reading：Band A（Level 1+Level 2）、Band B（Level 3 + Level 4）、Band C ( Level 5 + Level 6)
      (Note：Level 6 is undergoing development. In other words, Band C only includes Level 5 in the formal tests in 2013.)
lTest Fee：  TOCFL Listening：NT800 for each level.  TOCFL Reading：NT800 for each level.
lHow to register：
  Step1：Please register online at http://ap1.sc-top.org.tw/Web/Tester/Login.do (New users should create an account first before registration!!)
  Step2：After on-line registration, please complete the submission of fees in three days, otherwise SC-TOP will reserve the right to cancel your registered record. Once the submission of fees is confirmed, the registration is completed.a. On-site payment: You can make the payment at the testing / promotion centers personally. b. Postal Transfer:(1) Download the Fax Form and fill out it.
