填問卷、抽現金禮券：2026全國大專新生學習適應調查 Complete the survey to win vouchers! 2026 Freshmen Learning Adaptation Survey.

為使學校提供給更好的服務，本校今年配合「社團法人台灣評鑑協會（簡稱台評會）」辦理「2026全國大專新生學習適應調查」活動，請各位新生踴躍參與。活動結束後，將對於參加新生進行抽獎。

登入方式：以文藻校務資訊系統帳號密碼登入後，即可進入問卷填答網頁(https://web2. wzu.edu.tw/nsis/wenzao_common/index.php?c=login&act=login)及下方QR code進行填答。

填答期間：即日起至2026年1月9日(五) 23:59。

填答對象：
*五專新生。
*日四技及進四技新生。
*日二技及進二技新生。

獎勵辦法：
問卷填寫完成者將獲得抽獎資格，獎項包括：
*7-11禮券1000元（1名）。
*7-11禮券500元（2名）。
*7-11禮券200元（10名）。
得獎名單將透過新生學校及個人Email通知並公告於全校官網及研發處校務研究組網站。

To help us better serve you, Wenzao is participating in the "2026 Freshmen Learning Adaptation Survey.", organized by the Taiwan Assessment and Evaluation Association (TWAEA). We warmly invite all new students to take part in this important initiative. Participants who complete the survey will be entered into a prize drawing!

Period of survey：From now to Friday, January 9, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

Participation is open to:
*Freshmen of the 5-Year Junior College Program.
*Freshmen of the 4-Year College Program (Day and Night divisions).
*Freshmen of the 2-Year College Program (Day and Night divisions).

Complete the survey to enter a drawing for the following prizes:
*NT$1000 gift voucher × 1 winner
*NT$500 gift vouchers × 2 winners
*NT$200 gift vouchers × 10 winners

Winners will be notified via school and personal email. Results will also be announced on  Wenzao homepage and the official website of the Institutional Research Section, Office of Research & Development.
